How Do We Heal?

Gina sits down with one of her long time best friends and soul sisters Eulalie Cizek.  They have a long history and a uniquely intuitive, non-judgmental, open, and lovingly supportive friendship.  They both have a way of bringing out more of the truth in the other, compassionately  challenging one another to grow, and lovingly blowing the horn when either one sniffs BS.
It is a conversation about healing. It is a conversation about trauma - both individual and collective. It is a conversation about stepping back into our power as women and healing our hearts. It is a conversation about the balance of "doing the work to heal" and just "being." Key points:

- The nervous system responses from trauma stuck in the body and feelings of powerlessness
- Self Abandonment
- Commitment to being honest with ourselves
- How difficult it is for humans to speak their truth especially when it comes to trauma
- Projection and unconscious wounding from parenting
- The confusion to work through that as a child - when they don't take ownership of it
- Love yourself
- Deconstruct and Reconstruct on the healing path
- Not classifying things as Good or Bad
- The simplicity and divine power of just Being versus excessive seeking
- The discussion of medicinal plant medicines and Eulalies's decision to do an Ayahuasca ceremony after years of therapy and healers
